A minor or major edit will be determined by Digitizing Club. We provide the quality digitized files to every of our customer. Please do take a sample before production. Digitizing Club will not be responsible for any embroidered items.

The fee for major editing or the fee for editing files that have not been digitized by Digitizing Club will be decided by Digitizing Club.

Size change (Up-Size) orders will be charged only the difference of stitches between the original design and the up-sized design.

Payments can be made via -Master Card, Visa and American Express through Papal

Sew outs if ordered will be done unlimited number of times, until your design sews out perfectly. The sewout will be checked by Digitizing Club and a scan of the final sew out will be sent to the customer

Account will be locked if an invoice older than 7 days is not cleared/paid. You will not be able to place any new orders or quotes in such case. Making the pending payments will unlock the account instantly. All information on the site is subject to change without notice. Majority of orders placed at Digitizing Club will be delivered via email or uploaded on the Digitizing Club website.

If physical delivery is requested, air or ground courier will be used. Delivery charges will be added to the customer's bill. This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to Digitizing Club. This material includes, but is not limited to, the text, design, layout, appearance, photographs and graphics. Reproduction of part or parts thereof is prohibited.
